Usually yes on both accounts! However, I can use what you have available if there are certain products you’d like me to use. And if you’d rather I drop off the food and not cook in your space, no worries I can do that too!

Don’t be afraid to reach out last minute but generally, the earlier the better. Booking around 2-3 weeks in advance is recommended but I do have some clients that like to book a month or two in advance and that’s okay too!

No problem - most home kitchens work perfectly well. If any additional equipment is needed, I’ll bring it along.
I’ve made 4 course meals in shoe box apartments and I’ve done whole lamb roasts inside gorgeous hearths. There isn’t a space I haven’t worked in before so don’t worry!
